Our executive 5 bedroom home is located on Sandy Ridge. The pool area has extended decking which overlooks a conservation area. The area around is undeveloped, resulting in the feeling of a country retreat. The community is conveniently close to Junction 58 off interstate 4, giving access to Walt Disney World in less than 15 minutes.
The master bedroom and bedroom 2 have king size beds.
Bedroom 3 has a double bed.
Bedrooms 4 and 5 are both twin rooms.
A baby cot is also supplied.
All bedrooms have TV/DVD and clock/radio
The master room and bedroom 2 are both en-suite with shower rooms.
The other rooms are served by a WC bathroom with bath/shower over, this bathroom links to the pool area.
The kitchen/diner is open plan and fully equipped with the following.
cooker, hob, freezer (ice-maker) microwave, dishwasher, double sink, cooking utensils provided. The washer and tumble dryer are located in the games room.
The living area is fully carpeted and furnished to a high standard. One double sofa-bed is included. TV, video/DVD player, X-box and other games are supplied. Free wireless internet
The games room includes the following: air hockey, table football, pool table, basket ball arcade game, music box, air conditioned and is fully insulated.
Newly refurbished in August 2010.
The house will have been fully cleaned prior to your arrival.. Towels and bed linen are included. Ironing board, iron, washing machine and tumble dryer are located in the games room. Pool towels are not included

Just got back from a fabulous two weeks in Florida the villa was immaculate on arrival and had everything we could have wished for during our stay, location was quiet but within easy reach of shops and all the Disney attractions, the pool was great to relax in after long days at the parks. Would definitely stay here again. Many thanks to Melvin and his family for letting out his lovely home
