Villa St Vincent is situated on the exclusive Solana Community in Davenport. The Solana community incorporates a walled perimeter with gated entrance for enhanced security. It also features a clubhouse with pool table, snack bar/cyber cafe, with internet access and wireless access in the lounge area (small fee charged),gym and Games Room. Outside is a communal pool pool and spa, sand volleyball, sports facilities, play area including climbing area. Available is a DVD rental service.

The community is located in the 'Golden Triangle', situated on the SR27, between the '192' and the I4 Freeway. The community is situated 15 minutes from the Disney attractions and the new Posner Park shopping area and also the shopping areas on the '192'. Slightly further up the 'I4' is Universal Studios and Sea World as well as many further shopping malls and to the south is Busch Gardens.

The villa itself consists of 5 Bedrooms; 2 having en suites. Master bedroom #1 has a 'King sized' bed, with an en suite that features a large 'tub' bath, large shower area, and twin sinks. Master Bedroom #2 has a 'Queen-sized' bed with en suite facilities. The remaining 3 bedrooms are 1 double and 2 twin beds. There are also 2 further family bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs.

The villa sleeps a maximum of twelve people. It has a large Family Area with flat screen TV and DVD player. There is also a separate Dining Room which comfortably seats eight. There is also a seperate Games Room with Xbox, Pool Table, Air hockey and Electronic Darts. The villa comes fully equipped for all your needs, including free use of stroller, cot,stair gate, baby alarm and highchair. Also provided are all bed linen and towels for use indoors and by the pool.

From the Kitchen/ Breakfast Area, double doors lead out to a covered lanai and the extended deck area around our large private pool. Attached to one end of this is a raised Spa . These can be heated for the cooler months(additional charges apply). The pool area itself is protected by child safety fencing for added safety (which can be removed if desired). There is ample pool side furniture and an electric BBQ is also provided.

The villa is fully air conditioned throughout.
