The villa is spacious, fully air-conditioned with the addition of ceiling fans in all rooms.

We provide a range of entertainment for all ages including a large digital cable television, Playstation 2 with controllers, multi region DVD, Hi-fi with CD player and a selection of books and games.

New dining suite which extends to seat 8 and overlooks the pool and the golf course.

Free Wifi wireless high speed internet access is provided as well as a desktop for those travelling without a laptop.

The kitchen is fully equipped with - a large cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, waste disposal unit, telephone, plenty of crockery, cutlery and glassware and lots of cooking equipment and utensils. Separate crockery and cutlery suitable for use on the lanai is available as glass and china should not be used in the pool area.

MASTER BEDROOM - Has views of the golf course and patio doors lead directly to the lanai and pool. King bed, bedside cabinets, table lamps, large chest of drawers, cable television, mirror, clock/radio and telephone. Door leading to a large walk in closet with lots of hanging space. Another door leads to the ensuite bathroom.

EN SUITE BATHROOM -This has an external door onto the pool area, a large walk in shower, toilet, large lit mirror and washbasin over a vanity unit. A hairdryer is also provided.

MASTER BEDROOM 2 - Queen bed, bedside cabinet, table lamp, chest of drawers, cable television, clock radio, full length mirror and large fitted wardrobe with plenty of hanging and storage space.

EN SUITE BATHROOM - Has a bath with shower attachment, toilet, basin, large lit mirror and vanity unit.

BEDROOM 3 - Twin beds, a cable television, clock, chest of drawers and large fitted wardrobe with plenty of hanging and storage space.

BEDROOM 4 - Twin beds, cable television, clock, chest of drawers and large fitted wardrobe with plenty of hanging and storage space.

FAMILY BATHROOM - Family bathroom is adjacent to the twin bedrooms. It has a bath with a shower attachment, toilet, washbasin, vanity unit, a large lit mirror, bathroom scales, hairdryer and linen hamper, cupboard with a large supply of towels including beach/pool towels.

INTEGRAL GARAGE - Has air hockey, football table and electronic darts. The garage contains the washing machine, tumble drier, laundry basket, iron and ironing board, clothes airer, vacuum cleaner. We also provide a cot, children's buggy and highchair. There is also a selection of pool toys for your enjoyment in the pool.

PATIO AND COVERED LANAI - This area is fully screened. The covered lanai provides welcome relief from the sun and overlooks the pool and golf course. The lanai has outside lighting making it suitable for use from early morning breakfast to dinner al fresco or a late night drink. The furniture includes a patio table and chairs, sun loungers and barbecue.

SWIMMING POOL - We have a salt water filter system which is not like swimming in the sea but provides softer water which is kinder to skin and hair and does not leave you with red stinging eyes. We have views of the golf course which is behind us not other villas. To keep children safe there is a pool safety fence separating the pool from the lanai. The pool has underwater lighting and is ideal for a late night swim! For additional privacy we have added Florida glass to the pool screen.
