Located in Southern Dunes, My Florida Villa For Rent is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa that can accommodate up to 8 people comfortably. The total floor area is approximately 1700 sq.ft. The villa has two floor levels.

The villa can sleep up to 8 people with wi-fi internet access and a security safe.
The lounge/dining kitchen is on open plan, with a diningtable and chairs that seats up to 6 people. The fully fitted kitchen which is at the rear of the villa with sliding doors and is well equipped with a variety of appliances, including electric kettle and teapot. There is a large refrigerator which includes an ice-maker for cold drinks.
The lounge area is very comfortable for relaxing after a day at the Theme Parks. It has an HDTV which has all the cable channels, a DVD player and CD Stereo.
There is a laundry area with washer dryer and includes pool towels for your use. We also provide bed linen and towels in each bathrooms.
There is a queen bedroom downstairs which leads on to the patio area. Bathroom with shower downstairs.
Upstairs the Master Bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, two further twin bedrooms and a Bathroom.
Outside on the pool deck we have 4 loungers and 2 chairs. There is a covered area to protect you from the Florida sun. A child safety fence is also supplied.
The garage area has been converted into a Games Room which a large pool table, basketball game and dartboard for the children and adults to enjoy. There are a collection of inflatable toys for use in the pool.
We also provide free of charge a pack n play style crib, high chair and childrens car seats.
Southern Dunes is a popular golfing resort on the U.S 27 south of Orlando. The gated community is manned 24 hours which makes it feel very safe. There are communal swimming pools, tennis courts, a gym, children's playground area.
Walmart Superstore is situated just at the entrance to Southern Dunes and is open 24 hours. Various shops, beauty shops, and restaurants including 'Mannys' restaurant which is a must is situated closeby.
It is just a short drive to all the Disney Parks, Universal, Islands of Adventure and Seaworld.
Cocoa Beach and Clearwater Beach are approximately 1 hours drive as is Kennedy Space Centre and Busch Gardens.
There is to be a new 'Legoland Park' opening Autumn 2011 which will be great fun for all the family and would be well worth a visit.
