Our Villa is situated on the prestigious Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club offering a secur environment with easy access to all Airports Attractions ,Shopping and for other pursuits like fishing and Bird watching in fact what ever your holiday needs are..
Our Villa was brought from new and was fitted out from the start with high quality furnishings and fitments to make it a home from home for us and our guests.To add to your holiday experiance we have the best quality beds on the market to ensure a goods night sleep which all our guest say is very important to there holiday.Our pool deck has the child safety fence installed as required by Florida law in case you have small children Also it is fully screened by a shrub hedge offering total privacy unlike some villas which have open pool decks all around.6 Lounges ,side tables amd a table and 8 chairs are available for your added comfort,Our pool is always heated by our solar heating system giving the pool water a nice temperature ideal for small children and some adults.In the cooler months we have a state of the art water heater to warm the pool in conjunction with our solar blanket.Our sunny pool deck offers all day sunshine until dusk esprcially important in the winter months.
We have high speed WI-FI cable internet available offering up to 40mb all around the Villa and pool deck. Also we have cable TV in all bedrooms rear lounges and Games room with HDTV boxes and TVs for your enjoyment (including some premier league football) Our Kitchen area has a cooker Microwave, American Fridge Freezer with ice maker and water disoenser Our Kitchin has all utensils for your use. We also have a MP3 Player for your use.
All towels and linen is also provided and if you wish to do any washing a new Washing Machine and dryer along with Ironing board and iron is avaialble.
We are always happy to accomadate any needs not covered by the facilities at our Villa.
