The villa can accommodate up to 10 people in 4 bedrooms and a double sofa-bed in the lounge. There is a large dining table that seats ten, and an additional breakfast area off the fully equipped kitchen with a variety of appliances, including an electric kettle and teapot.

The two lounges have cable TV with DVD players, as do the master suites. Additionally, the twin rooms also have cable TV. There are ceiling fans in the family lounge and larger master suite. The villa has air conditioning for your comfort. Secure wireless internet is available throughout the villa and pool deck, just bring your own laptop.

The master suites have recently been upgraded so that the Mickey Master now has a king-size bed with pillow-top mattress and the Donald Master has a queen-size bed with pillow-top mattress. The Simba and Nemo rooms both have two twin beds. Each bedroom has a flatscreen cable TV, with DVD players in the masters.

On the pool deck we have 4 loungers and a table with six chairs. There is a covered area to protect you from the Florida sun. A child safety fence is also supplied. The deck and pool are lit should you wish to swim when the sun goes down. You will always find a collection of inflatable toys and loungers (and pump) for use in the pool.

We provide all bed linen and towels, including pool towels, leaving you plenty of space for all those purchases from the outlet malls. There is also a large washer and dryer available for use throughout your stay, if you want to save yourself a job when you get home.

Tableware is supplied for use both inside and outside the villa (melamine tableware for use on the pool deck to comply with Florida safety laws). The large refrigerator includes an ice-maker.

For those visiting with children, we provide free of charge a wooden portable crib/play pen and a pack 'n' play style crib. There is a high chair, stroller and Disney baby bathrobes. For slightly older children we have a car seat for use during your stay, a large toy box in the games room with dolls, cars, lego and a variety of dress-up clothes. All doors and windows out to the pool deck are alarmed for their safety.

The villa can be found south of the I-4 on US-27 in the secure gated community of Southern Dunes, which maintains 24 hours manned gated security making this a very safe place to stay. There are community swimming pools, tennis courts, a gym, sauna, library and children's playground for those days when meeting Mickey Mouse is just too much trouble. With a Super-Walmart open 24-7 and several well known restaurants and shops just 5 minutes away, virtually everything is on hand.

It is just a short drive to all the Disney Parks, Universal attractions, SeaWorld and a myriad fashion and outlet malls. Yet, it is also far enough away from the busy International Drive area to allow you to relax in the evening by the private swimming pool. 20 minutes south of Southern Dunes, and opening in Fall 2011, is the new Legoland Park.
