Sunset Lakes, Kissimmee is situated less than 4 miles west of Walt Disney World, just off Highway 192 and adjacent to Lindfields and Emerald Island Resort. It is a small, but exclusive, gated community of executive homes built around three lakes and bordering an extensive conservation area.

On site facilities include a community swimming pool, cabana, toddlers play area and gazebo. Although the community is set behind private electronic gates, quietly off the beaten tourist track, it is literally minutes from the attractions, including Epcot and Hollywood Studios.

Universal Studios, Sea World and a host of other theme parks and attractions are also close by. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and supermarkets within a couple of minutes drive. Golf, tennis and most water sports are also close at hand.
