The villa has a private, south facing, screened pool overlooking conservation views and the resort has a communal pool and childrens play area. There are sun loungers and a table and chairs provided by the pool. Pool heating is available at an extra cost.
The villa is centrally air-conditioned and has a large open plan living area with ceiling fan, leather sofas, cable tv and dvd player. The dining room has seating for 8 and a further breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, kettle, dishwasher, fridge/freezer with ice maker, smoothie maker, coffee machine and plenty of crockery and cutlery. The living area, kitchen and bathrooms have tiled floors.
The master bedroom has a kingsize bed (US queen) and an en-suite with walk in shower, twin basins, wc and roman style sunken tub. There is a large walk in wardrobe.
The second master has a double bed (US full) and has an en-suite shower and wc. There are 2 twin bedrooms that share a family bathroom with bath and shower over with twin basins. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, wardrobes and cable tv, there are dvd players in some bedrooms. Hair dryers are provided in bathrooms. All bedrooms are carpeted.
The garage has been converted into a games room with pool table, air hockey, table football and cable tv. We also have a supply of books where you can exchange books you have read for others.
All linens with the exception of pool towels are provided and there is a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board provided.
High speed wireless internet access as well as long distance and international phone calls are provided FREE of charge.
Our villa is managed by a local company to ensure the home is clean and maintained for every guest and that you have access to assistance and advice throughout your stay.
