Sunset Lakes is a semi-residential gated community situated off the 192 Irlo Bronson Highway approximately 2 miles west of Interstate 4. World Drive, which is the entrance to all the Disney theme parks is less than 10 minutes drive away. Universal Studios, Sea World and International Drive are within a 20 minute drive, and the splendid beach of Daytona on the Gold Coast and Clearwater beach on the Gulf Coast are just over an hour away. Formosa Gardens , Orange lakes and Summer Bay where you will find many restaurants, supermarkets and shops are all within a 10-minute drive.

This superb single storey villa is furnished to a very high standard. On entry the open plan layout gives a feeling of luxury and spaciousness. The great room combines the kitchen, dining room and lounge and the huge patio doors open onto the deck and pool area. All living areas and the 3 generous sized bedrooms are fully air-conditioned for your comfort and there is ample room to sleep eight people plus a baby. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and the other two bedrooms share the second bathroom. The large pool deck houses sun lounges and patio dining furniture and the oversized pool is heated all year round by solar.

You will have the use of a fold away cot for your baby as well a a sturdy highchair and a small light weight stroller all at no extra cost. Please also feel free to use the child car seat and/or booster seat during your stay however do remember to leave them in the villa on your departure.
