Aswell as the private pool for the villa, the gated community has a larger communal pool with cabana. The quiet community, is beautifully landscaped with attractive tree lined boulevards, and also boasts a totlot playground area for younger children, and a jetty with gazebo for watching the wildlife, or fishing, or fish from your own backyard! This one storey family home offers the utmost in comfort and luxury, and is truly spacious, fully air conditioned. It is also equipped with ceiling fans in every room. There are large sliding doors across the full back of the property, opening up the rooms to the enjoy sun and enable a great view of the magnificent lake.

Living Area
The family lounge, decorated to a jazz theme, provides a king size sofa bed, should you require extra sleeping space, a matching love seat, chaise longue, an armchair, and two small child size seats, which can be extended to provide child size floor beds! It is equipped with large flat screen HD cable TV, DVD player, and music centre and CD's. Of course the large patio doors open out onto the sun terrace with gorgeous view!

Kitchen
The American style kitchen is fully equipped should you choose to dine at home, and overlooks the dining area. It provides everything you need for meals or snacks: electric hob, and oven, fridge -freezer with automatic ice maker, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, blender.... And an excellent range of cookware and tableware, including some kiddiware, and unbreakable plates and glasses, should you prefer dining 'al fresco'!!!!!

Grill your steaks to perfection the healthy way,
or try the outside BBQ..complimentary use, but you may need to provide the gas..and will definitely need to clean ourself if you choose this option.....
And you also have the benefit of many local take away options, for quickly delivered delicious food!

Dining Area
The dining area has a large table with 6 chairs, and there are three bar stools at the breakfast bar, which divides cooking, from dining. Patio doors open onto the terrace again! ! !

Bedrooms
Spoil yourself in the master bedroom with American king size bed, and beautiful view of the lake through patio doors. Wake up and step out into the sunshine...
This bedroom has cable TV and a oversizes ensuite with Roman bath , large shower and twin vanity units. The walk in cupboard has a built in safe for your use!
The second master has a front of house position with a view over the quiet garden, TV and shower room ensuite
The twin rooms are themed , one with a professional Disney Mickey or Minnie decor, and toddler toys, and one with a surfin'USA theme. Both have 2 twin beds and large cupboards
A large family bathroom with 2 separate vanity units and shower over bath continues the Mickey theme for decor!
All the bedrooms have fans , lamps and linen baskets and drawer units

Games Room
Here you will find the Airhockey/Pool/Table tennis combo + foosball table ..so happy kids ...and extra baby and toddler equipment

The Sun Terrace
Here with all day sun you can relax ...furniture includes 3 loungers,1 relaxer, and table with 6 chairs
The pool is entered via steps beside a tropical planter, and the shallow ends slopes into 6' depth where there is a seat beside a pretty water fountain feature
Also here is the BBQ..with complimentary use ...please clean and provide gas if needed...
