This stunning villa is fully air conditioned throughout and offers accommodation on 2 levels.
The ground floor has a family room overlooking the pool and lake, a fully fitted kitchen, quiet lounge, formal dining room and breakfast nook. Leading off the family room you will find a utility room and games room (this has a 10 in 1 games table, a range of board games, a PS2 with games, PC and an ever increasing library).Also on this floor is a master suite, overlooking the pool area, with 2 double (US Full) beds.
The upper floor has the main master suite with a king (US King) bed, 2 twin bedded rooms ( one of which is subtly themed for those young at heart). The twin bedded rooms share a bathroom.
The family room has a tv offering digital cable whilst three of the four bedrooms have tv's offering cable tv. A range of dvd's are available for your enjoyment.
Free internet access , internet PC with printer plus wifi for your own laptop/phone are provided. we also provide all linen and towels leaving you suitcase space for shopping!
A cot and high chair are available at no extra cost for smaller guests.
The 30ft pool, overlooking the lake, with a shaded lanaii and hedging to afford privacy from neighbouring pools. All pool doors are alarmed for the afety of all guests and the sliding door from the family room also has a self closing mechanism fitted for additional safety.
The villa is managed by a local family run management company who ensure all guests arrive to a home cleaned to a high standard and offer excellent suppport throughout your stay.
The property does have a current hotel license which is displayed in the villa. We do operate a no smoking, no pets policy for the comfort of all guests
