El Villa is conveniently located just off Exit 55, Interstate 4 on Highway 27. Surrounded by orange groves in a very peaceful private location at Sunset Ridge gated community. The newly opened Posner Park development with its vast array of shops and entertainment is just a few minutes walk away.
Disney and Universal are a short 10-15 minutes drive from the villa. Award winning Southern Dunes and Champions Gate Golf courses are just 5-10 minutes away from the villa. There are numerous other golf courses in the area that caters visitors at all levels.
The Gulf Coast resort with the soft white sands of St Petersburg and Clearwater is just 70 minutes away going west from the villa. Going east is the Atlantic Coast resort of Cocoa Beach which is only an hours drive.

Master Bedroom
This spacious bedroom is furnished with bed and ensuite bathroom, toilet shower/bath, vanity unit with door leading to the Pool and Lanai. The room has built in wardrobes, clothes draws, bedside table and lamps. There is also a television with satellite channels.

Queen Bedroom
Another spacious bedroom with Queen sized bed and ensuite bathroom, shower, bath, toilet and vanity unit. Built in wardrobes, clothes draws, bedside tables and lamps. In addition, there is TV with satellite channels.

Twin Bedroom 1
Furnished to suit your little Prince with twin beds, built in wardrobes, bedside table, lamp and tv with satellite channels.

Twin Bedroom 2
Furnished to suit your little Princess with twin beds, nightstand with lamp, a large chest of drawers and built in wardrobe. In addition there is a 20inch TV with remote.

Double Guest room
A further spacious double bed room with double sized bed, TV, built in wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps.

Family Room
A very cozy and relaxing place to stay. Furnished with comfortable sofas and cable TV for the whole family to enjoy. Perfect for relaxing before dinner or to chill and reflect on the days activities.

Formal Living room
This leads onto the family room with two comfortable leather sofas, Coffee tables, Lamps, HDTV with Satellite Channels and a radio/cd player, Free Internet is also available, just bring your laptop, Free local phone calls.

Dining Area
Boasts a luxurious wooden table with seating for 6 to 8 people and is ideal for formal and informal meals. There is also a breakfast bar with 3 stools.

Kitchen
The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need during your stay for a self catering vacation. Included: a cooker, built in microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal, large fridge/freezer, toaster, coffee maker and kettle. All crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided.

Formal Living Room
Much spacious Living Room with two comfortable leather sofas, Coffee tables, Lamps, HDTV with Satellite Channels and a radio/cd player. Free Internet is also available, just bring your laptop, Free local phone calls.

Games Room
The separate Games room can be found housing the Air Hockey table and Pool/Table tennis table, Television dedicated for Play station with 4 games.

Pool and Lanai
The open plan formal living room then leads out from the patio doors onto the South West facing Lanai and Pool area, LED pool mood lighting, 6 feet high fence covering the Lanai for privacy and security, unwind and relax with a glass of Wine watching the beautiful skies at dawn, a table and four chairs are available for your use, 2 sun loungers, enjoy dining outside in the warm Floridian sunshine. Our pool has all day sunshine from 10 am until Sunset.

The Laundry room
There is also a separate laundry area with top loading Washing Machine and a Tumble Dryer, Hoover, Iron and Board.

The villa is fully air conditioned with smoke detectors. El Villa is cleaned thoroughly before and after each booking, please note it is a non smoking property and unfortunately we also do not accept pets. Linens and Towels will be provided and all electricity, gas etc are included in the rental price (except pool heating costs).
A local management company is available to offer any assistance anytime you may need whilst in residence.
