Terrace View @ Terrace Ridge is a small gated community less than ten minutes drive from the Disney theme parks and twenty minutes to Sea World and Universal Studios. It is within easy reach of Orlando International Airport (MCO) and Orlando Sanford Airport (SFB).

Two minutes drive is the Reunion and Champions Gate with its world renowned golf courses, restaurants, shops, gas stations, takeaways, a large Publix supermarket and pharmacy. A further five minutes away is the 192, a busy tourist area full of restaurants, shops and amenities. Two miles away is the Interstate 4 giving easy access to East and West Coast Beaches, theme parks and attractions.

Terrace View is a beautiful 3 bed 2 bath condo and is luxuriously furnished throughout. It is fully air conditioned with ceiling fans for your added comfort. It is on the second floor of three and can be accessed from either the stairs or the elevator. There is ample free car parking available next to the condo. It can sleep 8 people comfortably plus one infant.

We have provided both free local calls, Wi-Fi and high speed internet access for your convenience. There is also a desk area should you need to work whilst on vacation, just bring your laptop.

The family living area has a ceiling fan for your comfort, two leather sofas, one of which converts into a double bed, 2 occasional tables with lamps, 42 INCH HDTV, DVD and cable TV including HD CHANNELS, MOVIES, SPORTS INCLUDING FOX SOCCER CHANNEL showing LIVE ENGLISH PREMIERSHIP FOOTBALL.

The dining area has a large table with seating for 6 people and patio doors leading out onto the private patio area overlooking the pool and sandy volleyball court.

The patio area has a table and four chairs with one of the best views in Terrace Ridge.

The well equipped kitchen has all modern appliances including fridge freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, full set of cutlery, crockery and glassware etc. The separate laundry room has a washer, dryer and ironing facilities.

We have 3 spacious bedrooms (sleeping for 6 adults) one being a master (king bed) with a ceiling fan, en suite bathroom facilities including a large walk in double shower with glass sliding shower door, his and hers sinks and a toilet.

The second bedroom is a queen and is opposite the oversized family bathroom with a shower over bath, his and her sinks and a toilet.

The third bedroom (next to the family bathroom) has twin beds and has a SPONGE BOB AND SQUARE PANTS theme especially for the children.

All of the bedrooms have walk in wardrobes, bedside tables with lamps and dressers so ample space for your clothes and personal belongings, radio alarm clock and TV's with cable channels.

For the younger guests there is a pack n play crib/travel cot, highchair, books, games and a small selection of DVD's.

There is also a hair dryer and plenty of clean towels and bed linen for your use.

For your families safety the condo is fitted with smoke alarms and a fire extinguisher. There is also a safe for you to keep your families more valuable items in.

All of the community facilities are free for you to use, we have the large heated (during winter months) swimming pool with comfy sun loungers, tables and chairs with ample space to sunbath, a covered heated Jacuzzi/spa for you to relax after a long day at the parks. Or why not send the children to the games room equipped with a full size pool table, table soccer and wireless internet access, or you could spend some time relaxing at the Resort Clubhouse with its seating area and 42 inch plasma TV. If however your feeling energetic why not try the fitness room or the volleyball court.

Terrace Ridge Resort facilities can only be accessed by guests using a swipe card system making it a safe and secure place to be. So whether you're in Florida for Disney, golf or simply to relax, this is the perfect location.
