The development is less than 8 miles from Disney and is close to all of the areas many attractions. The main boulevard into the development is lined with palm trees and the gardens, trees and shrubs are expertly maintained. A supermarket, shops and restaurants are within a 5 minute drive away.
This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom, 2-storey home is tastefully-furnished and well-equipped. We have made a number of improvements to the decor and furnishings since we bought the house two years ago, most recent of these improvements was the replacement of carpets throughout the house and new furniture and flat screen tv in the family room. Our property is expertly maintained by our fastidious management company.
There is free wi-fi internet access and calls within the US and Canada are also free.
The double height large entrance hall is bright and airy and opens into the rest of the house with a winding staircase up to the first floor.
The open plan formal lounge leads to the formal dining room which has a table to seat 6. If needed, there is a comfortable double sofa bed.
The fully-equipped, large kitchen has a useful cooking island and informal dining table, again to seat 6.
In addition, there is a breakfast bar with bar stools - great for cocktails or breakfast.The family room has a flat screen TV, DVD and access to the sunny pool area.
The pool has a children's safety fence and there are plenty of chairs and loungers for everyone to use while soaking up the sun. The spa is a great place to stay cool while reading a book.
The impressive master suite has a King-size bed, TV/DVD, celing fan, two walk-in wardrobes, his and hers sinks, walk-in shower and large tub. This room has patio doors leading to a large balcony which is great for eating breakfast while watching the sun rise and the hot air balloons that regularly fly over the house.
The second master has a Queen-size bed, TV, walk-in wardrobe and en-suite.
The two twin bedrooms share the family bathroom. Both bedrooms have their own TVs.
The games room has a full size pool table, air hockey table, and dartboard. There is also a sofa, bar table and stools making it a sociable place to spend time.
