Located within the gated subdivision of The Shire, on West Haven, this executive Villa is convenient for the I4, Champions Gate, local shops and amenities plus the best golf courses in the area for you to choose from.
Being a band new home experience the highest standard of facilities, including a 40 ft. enclosed, safe balcony accessible from both the Master and Guest King Bedrooms, overlooking the pool deck, and soak up the tranquility with relaxing views of the Conservation wetlands and fireworks at night, with Privacy drapes on both the Pool Deck & Balcony.

In doors, the family room has an L style sofa for viewing television, plus a formal dining room. Watch your favorite channels on a large flat screen HDTV and free phone calls within USA and NetFlix DVD Movies. If you like to chat, there is the calming sofa area complete with desk to sign your postcards and complete the Guest Book.

There is a King bed in the large Master Bedroom leading to an elegant en-suite bathroom, complete with walk-in Shower and garden Bath Tub. The second master has a super king bed, also with en-suite facilities, whilst the three remaining double bedrooms have Queen Beds, one on the first floor for guests wishing to avoid the stairs, with an adjacent bathroom. A family bathroom plus Utility / Laundry room are both upstairs. All bedrooms have TV / DVD combo for entertainment and this Villa is decorated and furnished in the excellent style and taste of the Owners.

A Games Room compliments this villa with Air Hockey, Pool Table & Basket Ball net, plus a Jogging Stroller and Adult Bicycle is available on Request from the Property Manager.

Guests have automatic access to the Shire Club House to use the full size outdoor pool, Tennis Courts, Volley Ball and Gym facilities. The Property Managers will provide a key which must be returned at the end of your Vacation, or replacements are charged $50 by the Community Association against your Security Deposit.

The Shire's location provides the ideal base for exploring the wonderful world of Disney approximately 15 minutes away. Close to Disney is Universal Studios, waiting to give days full of excitement and thrills. An hour west, you reach the beautiful beaches on the Gulf of Mexico, to the east Coca Beach and Daytona. Also near Coca Beach are Kennedy Space Centre and the chance to see a live launch. Be the first to visit Legoland, which is south of Orlando on the I4 west to exit 55 (US Hwy 27 South)turn right at State Road 540/Cypress Gardens Boulevard and the Legoland Theme Park is 4 miles away on the left.

For the golfers there are numerous courses a short drive away. The closest is 5 minutes away at Champions Gate with the Greg Norman designed National and International courses beside the David Leadbetter Academy and floodlight practice range. Other courses of note close by are Celebration, Mystic Dunes, Falcon Fire and Providence. For the shoppers the Orlando Premium Outlet Mall, Prime Outlets, Mall at Millenia and Florida Mall are all within easy reach. When it comes to eating many of the famous names like Longhorn Steakhouse, Olive Garden, Chili's and Bahama Breeze are all within easy driving distance.
