On entry to the villa you will find an open plan living area with fully equipped kitchen and dining room. The living room boasts a wall mounted 40' flat screen tv, with seating for all of the family. There are pictures and wall art in a fishing theme. There are patio doors leading out to the swimming pool, spa and lania. The pool is 26x13ft and may be heated if required. It is fully screened and has a safety fence separating the seating area from the pool for the safety of young children. Also on the ground floor is the first of the master bedrooms, the games room and a handy toilet.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a large american fridge-freezer, cooker, microwave and dishwasher.
MASTER BEDROOM 1
Boasts a king size bed with upgraded bedding, a dresser and mirror, flat screen tv, patio doors leading to a small, private courtyard, ensuite bathroom including bath, shower with seating area, toilet and vanity unit. There is a large walk in wardrobe with ample hanging space.
GAMES ROOM
Has a pool table and electronic darts board, for when you just want to take things easy.
UPSTAIRS
MASTER BEDROOM 2
With a queen size bed, chest of drawers, flat screen tv, an ensuite with large shower, toilet and vanity unit. Ample wardrobe space.
BEDROOM 3
Has an upgraded queen size, flat screen tv and lots of storage space.
BATHROOM
With bath, shower, toilet and vanity unit.
BEDROOM 4
With twin beds, storage, tv with built in dvd player.
BEDROOM 5
Again with twin beds, storage, tv with build in dvd player. Decorated for children with a handy buggy and high chair stored in the wardrobe.

Also on this floor you will find the laundry with a large washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board. All linens and towels are provided for your convenience. The villa is air-conditioned throughout, non-smoking and no pets are allowed.

Tuscan Hills is in Davenport, just a few minutes drive from Walt Disney World, 30 mins drive from Orlando International airport and 60 mins from Sanford or Tampa airports. In the local area you will find banks, supermarkets, petrol stations, a variety of shops, bars and restaurants. On site there is a club house with gym, volley ball court, tennis court and children's play area.
If golf is your game then you will find several golf courses just minutes away by car, including Southern Dunes, Highlands Reserve, Ridgewood Lakes, Champions Gate and many more.
Orlando is the home of shopping with International Drive and the malls only a short drive away.
