Our large and spacious vacation home has over 2100 square feet of air-conditioned living space and is set on an extended corner plot overlooking a retention fields with no rear neighbors.

We provide an array of upgrades and extras to enhance your vacation including large screen HDTV's in the two family rooms and the two king bedrooms, high speed broadband wireless internet with PC, Wii Game Console, complimentary phone calls, extensive dvd collection, fully equipped kitchen and high end furnishings throughout.

We don't aim to beat prices, but we do strive to provide a high quality, exceptional value vacation home for those discerning guests looking for something a little more special.

Guarded and Gated Resort
Vista Del Lago is a beautiful, extremely well kept manufactured home resort gated and guarded 24 hours a day. You will find an abundance of activities for all ages with three swimming pools, spa & sauna, children's swimming pool, children's playground, several lakes with fishing, tennis courts, racquetball courts, shuffleboard courts, pool side snack bar, large clubhouse with daily activities, game room with billiards & library, fitness room, craft & ceramic store & workshop, volleyball/badminton, basketball court and onsite church.

Spacious Living Area with 55' HDTV
With over 2100sq.ft.our home has a great open plan design. The living area has a sumptuous leather suite with a reclining sofa and rocking and reclining armchair so you can sit back, put your feel up and relax. For that great movie experience we have a 55 inch HDTV with a Bose surround cineam sound system, a dvd player and upgraded cable package with over 300 channels. We also have remote control ceiling fans and a built in audio system.

Wii Den with 50' HDTV
Our Wii Den is a huge hit with all ages and is a great way for all the family to join in the fun together. It gives the kids somewhere to play while Mum and dad can sit back in the living room and relax.

South Facing Sun Deck
We have a purpose built, raised wooden sun deck at the rear of the house where you can sit and relax and soak up the glorious Florida sunshine. The deck is beautifully lit in the evenings and is an ideal place to enjoy the peace of the neighborhood and relax. We have a large gas BBQ so you can enjoy dining outside on the deck and make the most of Florida living at its best.
There's an Orange Tree right next to the deck, so reach up and pick a Florida fresh orange. We also have a grapefruit tree and lemon tree so your own fruit supply is right at hand!
Our home is located on a large oversized corner plot overlooking a retention field so there are no rear neighbors, giving you plenty of privacy on the sun deck.

Screened Porch
Bright and sunny in the mornings, our screened porch is the perfect place to sit and have breakfast while you plan the day ahead. There is wicker seating, a large corner dining nook and a television. There are also darkened vinyl windows to give you complete privacy. As we are tucked away in the corner of the community, there is very little passing traffic to disturb the peace and tranquility.

Fully Equipped Kitchen
Our kitchen has everything you could possibly need, whether you are preparing a light snack or a full family dinner. You will find the kitchen extremely well stocked with a wide range of utensils, crockery, pots and pans. There is a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, stove and hob, microwave and plenty of cupboard space. The breakfast nook is light and sunny and has a dining table.

Master Suite
The master suite has a king bed with a luxury enhanced pillow top mattress with high quality linens and feather pillows. There is a 42 inch HDTV and DVD player, ceiling fan and walk in closet. The master bath has a double vanity unit, corner roman tub and walk in shower cubicle. You will find thick and fluffy high quality towels, a hairdryer and straighteners.

Second King bedroom
Our second bedroom is bright and sunny and also has a king bed with a luxury upgraded pillow top mattress and high quality linens and feather pillows. The bedroom has a 40 inch HDTV and DVD player, walk in closet, ceiling fan and patio doors that open onto the sun deck.

Harry Potter Room
Our themed Harry Potter room is a magical haven for Muggles and wizards alike! We have wonderful 'step up' bunk beds with a twin bed on top and a full bed below with a built in chest. The large walk in closet offers plenty of space and there is a television and dvd player. The wizarding theme will thrill all ages from 2 to 92!

Utility Room
The utility room has a large Maytag washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board.
