Located at Vizcay, our villa is in a small private development in a perfect location. This truly is the perfect place for families and friends to enjoy an unforgettable holiday in the sunshine State of America. Whatever you need is right on your doorstep; shops, restaurants, supermarkets, championship golf courses and the new Posner Park shopping complex is only a 2 minute drive away.
Disney World is only a 10 minute drive, you're only 25 minutes from Universal Orlando , 20 to Sea World and only a 30 minute drive to Orlando International Airport. On the west coast, the Gulf Coast beaches, and Busch Gardens are less than an hour away and on the East Coast; Kennedy Space Centre, Daytona and Cocoa Beach are only a 50 minute drive.

Our villa is brand new - only completed, June 2010, fully furnished to an excellent standard with full air-conditioning.  With 2 double master en-suite bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom the villa comfortably sleeps 6 and you have the option of using a sleeper sofa in the living area if you need some extra sleeping space.

LIVING ROOM
Fully air-conditioned and beautifully furnished, the main living room is the perfect place to relax after a busy day at the parks. Sit back and enjoy the large 42” flat screen LCD television with DVD player. Our living area includes an oversized sofa and a 2 seater sofa - so plenty of room to relax. Perhaps you prefer to enjoy the warm evening air? if so, large double patio doors lead you directly from the living room to the pool area.

KITCHEN AND DINING AREA
The fully equipped kitchen features everything you could possibly need when on holiday. Oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee-maker and refrigerator are just some of the items you will find.
There is also a separate dining area which seats 6.
Just off from the kitchen you will find a separate utility room which houses it's own washer, dryer, ironing board and iron.

FAMILY ROOM / DEN
Kids want to play games or watch a dvd and you want to relax- or perhaps you simply can't agree over what to watch on TV? - Well that's why we have a separate family room!
Our ‘den' is beautifully furnished with a chaise sleeper sofa, a 32” flat screen LCD television, dvd player, and Nintendo Wii.
We also have a library of adult, teen and children's books and games, and a large range of Wii games including a Wii Fit and Balance Board. This is all in addition to our fantastic games room.

BEDROOMS
All of our bedrooms are luxuriously furnished and fully air conditioned. They also come equipped with ceiling fans!
Both the Master bedroom and Queen bedrooms feature patio doors which open directly onto the pool area and each have an ensuite bathroom.
All bedrooms have flat screen LCD televisions and alarm clock radios and our master bedroom has it's very own IPhone charger / clock radio.
All of our bedrooms have fantastic closet storage.
BATHROOMS
Our villa has 2 bathrooms.
The master ensuite features an oversized shower and walk in closet.
Our 2nd beautiful ensuite is accessed by both the Queen and twin rooms and features both a bath and shower.
All bathrooms are fitted and furnished to the highest standard.

GAMES ROOM
Our home caters for kids of all ages and this games room is fantastic. Beautifully decorated it boasts a pool / snooker table, air hockey and basketball games. And for those who just like to watch, a bar table and 2 comfortable stools.
Great entertainment for all ages when that sun gets too hot - or simply retire here to wind down after a busy day at the parks or the shops!
Relax in a sun-lounger, enjoy a cold drink at the outdoor dining table or simply cool off in the large 30 ft x 15 ft pool. The choice is yours - you could even do all three!
You can also opt for pool heating which will ensure perfect water temperatures whatever the season.
Exterior and pool lighting provides the opportunity to enjoy the pool area well into the evening.
Enjoy an evening meal while the kids play in the pool!
Safety is of utmost importance to us, so we have installed child security sensors which will sound if any of the patio doors are opened. This provides peace of mind to any of our guests with small children.
