The villa is a real home from home that has everything that you need for a super vacation.
Fully air conditioned throughout, with ceiling fans in all the main rooms,including the outside room. There is also heating facilities for the cooler winter evenings.
The spacious lounge has satellite TV, DVD player and many books for those quieter moments.
We offer free wi fi internet and free phone calls within the USA and to land lines in the UK.
There is is a dining area. A fully equipped kitchen with huge cooker, dishwasher, fridge freezer with icemaker, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and even an elecrtic can opener.
There are laundry facilities with washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. (No need to take home dirty washing after your vacation)
The master bedroom has a king size bed, satellite TV and telephone.
The en suite bathroom has a huge shower area, large bathtub, his and hers washbasins and hairdryer. Within the area is a large walk in wardrobe. The front double bedroom shares the central bathroom with the side twin bedded room.
Outside is the larger than average pool with sundeck and the spacious outdoor room. All this area is covered by the lanai so you can enjoy al fresco dining, or just relaxing with a cooling drink, whilst watching the sun go down after a long tiring day at the theme parks.
A few minutes away is the stunning Lake Louisa State Park, which has fishing, boating and nature trails.
Chamionship golf courses are nearby.
There are several supermarkets, including a huge Walmart, retaurants, pharmacies, banks, filling stations and a post office within 5 minutes drive of the estate.
SANDHILL CRANE VILLA is within the setting of the private gated community of Weston Hills which is just off the highway 27 and is only around 15 minutes away from Disney World.
The home is superbly situated with the rear of the house overlooking the wetlands and conservation area.
The estate is a quiet deed community of mainly residential homes and is managed by an active homeowners association, which ensures that everything is maintained to a very high standard.
The community offers many leisure facilities, such as tennis, volleyball and basketball. There are swimming pools, childrens splash pool and a safe play area for the toddlers.
