Securely located within a gated community, this luxury class villa benefits from recent refurbishment making it the ideal choice for a relaxing and comfortable holiday.

With a light and airy open plan layout, the front door leads to a formal dining area, adjacent to the kitchen and seats 6 to 8 comfortably.

Beyond the large dining table you will find the main living area which is spacious and well proportioned with plenty of comfortable seating and a sofa bed for additional sleeping.
The 42'widescreen HDTV has cable with over 50 channels including an On-Demand service and there is a DVD player and ipod docking stereo for cosy nights in after a hectic day at the parks!

There is a further dining area adjacent to the living room right next to the open plan Kitchen/Breakfast Area. Equipped to a high standard there is a luxury fridge freezer with ice maker and a large cooker and microwave. A dishwasher, waste disposal, kettle and coffee machine make life easier. There is plenty of china and glassware and pots and pans to cook up a real treat should you choose.

The Master Bedroom with King sized bed has a walk-in wardrobe with plenty of room for the results of your shopping trips to the many malls in the area. The room has patio doors giving you your own private access to the terrace and pool. There is an en-suite double shower room which leads directly to the terrace, giving you further access to the pool.

A spacious Queen Sized Bedroom also has a large wardrobe together with en-suite bathroom.

The Two Further Bedrooms each contain twin beds and have fitted wardrobes. they have shared use of the third bathroom which has bath with shower above.

All bathrooms have fitted vanity units and hairdryers are provided.

Patio doors lead from the lounge to the screened Private Pool and patio area. The pool is an excellent size for swimming or just messing around in and at night is flood lit. It can also be heated for your comfort. There is plenty of outdoor seating so you are spoilt for choice with your location for dining, entertaining or just relaxing. The pool area looks out to a conservation area so is relatively quiet and private.

As well as all this there are other facilities to make your stay perfect: washing machine, tumble dryer, iron & ironing board. All bed linen and towels (including beach towels) are provided for use in the villa. Children and families are catered for with a cot, high chair and buggy available for those with little ones.

The villa has a double drive with garage and outdoor lighting for safety.

The villa also has high speed internet access which is available to our guests free of charge. There is also a telephone which offers free US and Canada calls.

If all of this is not enough, there is a clubhouse for guest's use. This has a laarge swimming pool; meeting area; well equipped gym and internet access. This can be found on the North side.
