Our Florida Home is situated on one of the quietest roads in Rotonda West. The garden beyond slopes down to a canal with abundant wild-life - herons, egrets, wood-stork and even an osprey and a bald eagle have been seen. The beautiful white sandy beaches of the Gulf Coast with weather that is perfect nearly all year round, are a short drive for shelling, hunting for sharks teeth or watching dolphins. Whatever your ideal holiday, sun-bathing, fishing, sailing, golf or retail therapy, this is the perfect spot for simply relaxing and enjoying the real Florida.

ACCOMMODATION
• Spacious living area, with cathedral ceilings, comfortable seating for 6 people, cable TV, DVD player (with a selection of DVDs), library of over 100 books to enjoy by the poolside. Sliding patio doors lead onto the lanai and pool area with views over the canal.
• Two separate dining areas – a formal dining area and a breakfast nook each with seating for 6.
• Spacious Master bedroom with super king-size bed, huge closet and ample drawer storage. Sliding patio doors lead to the pool area. Ensuite bathroom with two basins, corner bath, large walk-in shower and separate toilet.
• Bedroom 2 with pillow-top queen-size bed, ample drawer storage and a large closet. Sliding patio doors lead to the pool area.
• Bedroom 3 has twin beds, ample drawer and hanging storage.
• Family bathroom with single and large shower.
• Spacious luxury fitted kitchen with Cooker, Hob, Microwave, Fridge, Freezer, Dishwasher. Equipped to cater for all your culinary needs.
• Separate laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

LANAI AND POOL AREA
• Patio table and chairs under the shady lanai for al fresco meals.
• Fully screened south facing pool with solar and electric heating to insure a comfortable temperature all year round with floodlights for evening swims.
• There is plenty of room for sun loungers either next to the pool or under the shade of the lanai.
• Gas Barbecue

GENERAL
• All linen, towels, and hair-dryers are provided.
• TV in each bedroom.
• Air Conditioning and fans throughout.

• Cool boxes, beach chairs and a sun shade for picnics on the beach.
