If your looking for a nice villa in peaceful surroundings to relax and recharge the batteries after a hectic stay in Orlando, our villa situated in Rotonda West near Englewood close to the Gulf of Mexico could be the answer. Midway between Sarasota to the North and Fort Myers to the south, this is the last part of South West Florida to be developed. This is the real Florida where wildlife abounds, a bobcat has strolled across our back garden and an Otter has caught a fish in the canal and eaten it by our Lanai, every amenity is close to hand and the beaches are simply stunning.

Our stunning villa is spacious and fully air-conditioned and sleeps up to 8 people. There are 4 bedrooms including 2 master suites (one king and one queen) and 2 twin bedrooms which share a further bathroom. Both master suites have their own TV / DVD. There are 2 separate lounge areas one of which features a 32 inch TV, DVD and CD. TV's in the villa receive numerous channels including Fox Soccer which shows premiership football. The other lounge provides a restful spot merely to relax, this room also serves as a dining room for those more formal dining occasions if required. A large fully equipped kitchen including microwave and dishwasher provides a more casual dining area. A separate utility room with washer and dryer completes the accommodation. We have installed a wireless broadband connection so you can sit on the lanai and surf the net.

The villa is ideal for two family groups but equally suitable for smaller parties, which require that extra space, it is furnished throughout to a high standard in traditional Florida style.

The 2 master suites, kitchen and formal dining area give access to the South West facing spacious lanai and extended deck area where the 14ft by 26ft electrically heated swimming pool awaits, (pool heating recommended between November and April at an extra cost).

The pool area is fully equipped with sunbeds, a large table and 6 chairs for alfresco dining, it looks out down the meandering canal and the nature reserve, it should be noted there are no further properties to the right of the villa which adds to the privacy. Being close to the nature reserve ensures a variety of birds including, eagles and herons, regularly fly overhead.

We have sought to provide every conceivable extra including toys, books, games, pool toys, beach accessories, CD's and DVD's to help you enjoy your vacation. All towels including beach towels and bed linen are included. We have four adult bikes and a gas BBQ. Free Telephone Calls throughout the United States and Canada.

One to recommend , location is key to this villa, privacy and water view are 2 key components that are met. Internally, the villa is very comfortable and is extremely well equipped, especially appreciated the beach chairs and sun umbrellas, made for a comfortable outing to Boca Grande. Home from home, It was such an easy process of renting the Villa, I felt like I knew Derek just through the emails that we sent. The Villa was a home away from home! Everything you could think of was there! Rotonda is a very nice area, quiet setting while neighbors are near! We enjoyed our stay, would love to stay again sometime!!

The tranquility, the scenery, the luxury, the space, everything was just great!!! As we (parents and 15-year old boy/girl twins)had already heard about this place a lot from friends who stayed here in 2008, we had high expectations. But it was even better than we expected! This is clearly not just another rental home, but a home that the owners take loving care of. It is kept in tiptop shape and well cleaned. Gasparilla Island beaches are amazing and almost empty and there are plenty of shops and restaurants only a short car drive away from the villa. The extensive information we received beforehand from the owners saved us a lot of time because we could go directly to the places which interested us the most.
We are certain we will never find a better equipped and situated villa ever again. We hope to be back some day!

The villa was a tranquil delight. If you are a bird lover as I am it was a real treat. In the morning you share your coffee with the symphony of birdsongs. From simple mockingbirds to herons and whole flocks of ibis and the egrets are a photographers dream.
We wanted for nothing since the villa is so well appointed.
